Idaho Technology Inc. is a privately held company incorporated in the state of Idaho19 years ago. We are now located in Salt Lake City, Utah and home to the fastest, highest-quality machines in the world for pathogen identification and Hi-Res Melting® DNA analysis. Our Life Sciences division offers the ground-breaking LightScanner® for post-amplification analysis using high resolution melting and the LightScanner 32 system, which offers both qPCR and high resolution melting.

Our Applied Sciences division includes the R.A.P.I.D.®, RAZOR® and the enhanced RAZOR EX System along with an expanding line of freeze-dried reagents and DNA/RNA purification and test kits.

Our Food Security division is pleased to announce the R.A.P.I.D. LT Food Security System with AOAC-approved freeze-dried assays for Salmonella, and Listeria. In addition, AOAC approval for our e. coli 0157:H7 assay protocol is coming soon!

Our Clinical Systems division is busy developing the FilmArray™ which is the latest in a user-friendly automated multiplex PCR system for simultaneous detection of many pathogens within one hour. Sample purification, amplification, detection, and analysis are all integrated into one easy to use system capable of massively multiplexed PCR.
